Train2Earn (T2E) is an employee assessment service which provides competence based qualifications for those working with lifting equipment in various industrial sectors. T2E is a trading division of Ainscough Training Services Ltd which is a leading provider of specialist training for lifting operations wherever and whenever cranes are used in the workplace.
This includes mobile cranes, lorry loader cranes, overhead travelling cranes, dockside cranes and other lifting appliances. Our current client list includes major UK construction companies, crane hirers, ship builders and utility companies as well as companies from the engineering, manufacturing and transportation sectors.
We employ a team of highly experienced assessors who are available to assess the competence of Crane Operators, Slinger/Signallers, Appointed Persons and Crane Supervisors leading to the award of a NVQ Diploma at either level 2, 3 and 6.
Unlike some generalist providers all our assessors are full time and directly employed and they all have many years of real crane operating experience working with some of the UKs largest crane hire companies such as Ainscough Crane Hire and they hold recognised qualifications for assessment practice.
In addition to providing competency assessments leading to the award of NVQs we can also design and deliver bespoke assessments which match the individual needs of the employer for example those who undertake lifting operations on an infrequent basis.
